§ Mr. FowlerThe incident was described in my reply to the hon. Member for Torrington (Mr. Peter Mills) on 10th December. Investigations continue, co-ordinated by the Natural Environment Research Council which will publish a report in the New Year. The incident was confined to one family of seabird—;Auks—and no other marine life was affected.—[Vol. 793, c.132.]
