§ Mr. Hooleyasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will list in the OFFICIAL REPORT aggregate expenditure on defence, including the procurement of military aircraft and other hardware and all overseas defence expenditure, in each financial year since April, 1951, in cash terms each year, not at constant prices, and showing the percentage increase or decrease in cash terms each year over the preceding year, including estimates for the current financial year.
