§ 79. Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what representations he has received relating to the procedure and disallowance of questions at the meeting of the local government electors at the Dome, Brighton, on 17th November, 1969; and whether he is satisfied that the procedure adopted at the meeting was in accordance with the Local Government Act, 1933.
§ Mr. SkeffingtonNone, apart from the letter referred to my right hon. Friend by my hon. Friend. The Local Government Act, 1933, lays down no procedure in relation to the answering of questions at such meetings.
