§ 53. Mr. Alec Jonesasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government how many applications have been made to him under Section 19 of the Leasehold Reform Act, 1967; and how many have been determined.
§ Mr. Skeffington195 applications have been made to date, of which 30 were subsequently withdrawn. A certificate has been granted in 53 cases and refused in 25. Action is still proceeding on the other cases.
