Mr. Donald Williamsasked the Prime Minister if he will take steps to ensure that all departments, local authorities and other public bodies who issue forms and questionnaires to the general 302W public take immediate steps to reduce these both in quantity and in size in the interests of economy, and in view of the fact that the multiplication of such forms is leading to their being knowingly incorrectly completed.
