§ Mr. Edward ShortI have no power to designate for the purpose of a mandatory award any course at a university outside the United Kingdom. My Department's Circular 4/66 of April, 1966, expressed the hope that local education authorities would consider applications for awards for study outside the United Kingdom, and drew their attention to Trinity College, Dublin.
