Mr. Colin Jacksonasked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity what guidance has been given or is being considered by the Central Training Council to industrial training boards with reference to the possible implementation of Section 14 of the Industrial Training Act in order to facilitate the problems of obtaining practical training for overseas students.
§ Mr. DellNone, since boards may only exercise functions under Section 14 at 241W the specific request of the Secretary of State, and no such request has been made.
