§ Mrs. Ewingasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what recent consultations he has had, what further consultations he proposes to have, and with whom, regarding the proposed review of the General Teaching Council.
§ Mr. RossI have recently had meetings with both a wide range of interested educational bodies and representatives of the council itself. I have no proposals for further consultation.
