§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will give details of the special funds allocated by his Department to pay for help and accommodation for foreign nationals to stay in this country for short periods at their request; when such a fund was established; what has been its outlay for any convenient stated period; who have benefited from this; and whether any person is entitled to claim help and assistance for a short stay under the auspices of the fund.
