§ Mr. Fordasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make a statement about the future of the arrangements for payment of the betting premises licence duty by monthly instalments.
§ Mr. Roy JenkinsApplicants for new licences will now be required to pay the duty strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Finance Act, 1969. The arrangements in regard to existing licences will not be affected.
