asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will obtain a report from the Commissioner of Police concerning the murder of a boy aged six years in the vicinity of the Swan and Sugar Loaf public house at South Croydon, whose genitals were cut off and who died as a result; and whether he will make a statement.
