§ Mr. Merlyn ReesI understand that the number of those newly qualified to become electors in the city and county of Kingston upon Hull is estimated at between 13,000 and 14,000; and that, of these, about 1,000 may not be included in the electors' lists now on display. The local press has carried notices and articles about the need for people to check the electors' lists, and my hon. Friend will be aware of the extensive national publicity on this subject.
