§ Mr. Moreasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will give an estimate of the amount of money paid out by his Department to members of the public on the basis of fraudulent or unjustified claims in the five years to 30th June 1969, respectively.
§ Mr. EnnalsOfficials of the Department never pay out benefit knowing that the basis of a claim is fraudulent or unjustified, and no estimate is therefore possible.
