§ Mr. Eadieasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what firms already established in the new own of Livingston have submitted expansion plans; and how many jobs he estimates will be thereby created, showing separately male and female jobs.
§ Mr. RossIn 1969 five industrial development certificates, two of which were for firms already established in the new town, were issued in respect of Livingston. About 1,000 more jobs should result, of which more than 750 should be for men and more than 200 for women.
