Mr. Dribergasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will make a statement on the case of a resident of Barking, of whose identity he has been informed, who entered the East Ham Memorial Hospital last May for a minor operation, was found by her sister, shortly afterwards, unconscious on the ward floor, has since suffered a steady deterioration in health, and attempted suicide on 31st October, 1969; and when the hon. Member for Barking may expect a reply to his letter of 25th September about this case.
