§ Mr. Moonmanasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will state for each individual local authority the number of social work staff and child-care officers employed by children's departments on the last available date, giving the percentage of staff who are professionally qualified case-workers, and those with social sciences or other qualifications.
