§ Mr. HealeyI understand that the hon. Gentleman wishes the answer also to exclude N.O.R.T.H.A.G. H.Q. in Germany but to include officers and women, and to interpret "6th Brigade" as those elements of 6 Brigade and 36 Heavy Air Defence Regiment which have been re-deployed to the United Kingdom since 1968. For 1964 therefore 6 Brigade is not excluded:
