§ Mr. Harold LeverDomestic demand in 1969–70 is estimated to be about 41 million tons if there is a normal winter, and should be no higher in 1970–71. Generally supplies this winter, and those planned by producers for 1970–71 should be adequate, although there may be local difficulties in obtaining some grades, particularly in severe weather.
