§ Mr. Bruce-Gardyneasked the Prime Minister if he will instruct the Review Committee on the Queen's Award Scheme to include in the scope of its work a survey of the return on capital employed by recipients of the Award since they received it, and a comparison between the return on capital employed by recipient firms and the average rates of return in the industrial sectors to which such firms belong.
