§ Mrs. HartConsideration of aid to meet Nigeria's post-war reconstruction needs awaits the Nigeria 4-year Plan for Reconstruction and Development which, I understand, is in preparation. In the meantime we are assisting Nigeria with various measures of capital and technical assistance.
