§ 70. Sir J. Langford-Holtasked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity whether she will refuse to approve the levy proposed by the Construction Industry Training Board which increases by 100 per cent. the levy on small firms employing less than 12 craftsmen.
§ Mr. DellAs I said in reply to the right hon. Member for Sutton Coldfield (Mr. Geoffrey Lloyd) on 28th November, the board has yet to finalise its proposals and submit them to me for approval. I shall then consider them in the light of all the relevant factors.
