§ Mr. DellThis Act is declaratory in its effects. Its main purpose was to remove disqualifications based on sex or marriage preventing women from holding civil or judicial offices, carrying on civil professions or vocations or being admitted to incorporated societies. It contains no enforcement provisions requiring initiative by a Minister of the Crown.
