Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Prime Minister whether he will ensure that, when national disasters such as that of Ronan Point occur, matters connected with financial settlement and rehabilitation are quickly resolved by the Government, so that the local authorities and people concerned do not have to wait for long periods for decisions.
