asked the Minister of Transport for how many miles of the A30 between the 30 miles per hour limit east of Launceston and the 30 miles per hour limit west of Exeter it is safe for a driver of a motor car going east to overtake another vehicle travelling at 45 miles per hour when there is no oncoming vehicle in sight.
