Member for West Ham, North dated 22nd April showing that a number of vehicle owners were 167W fined nominal sums for arrears of road fund licence; and whether he will take steps to increase these penalties.

The penalties to which he refers were imposed by the courts, and it would not be right for me to seek to interfere with them.
