§ Mr. MulleyWe shall continue to maintain our application, upon which the Council of Ministers of the Six has not yet been able to reach the necessary unanimous decision. It remains on its 151W agenda and is discussed at each of its meetings. Meanwhile, as my right hon. Friend told the hon.
