§ Mr. FernyhoughAt 14th April, 1969, there were 1,060 men, 59 boys, 185 women and 22 girls registered as unemployed in the area covered by the Mexborough employment exchange. The corresponding figures for the Wombwell area were 312 men, 21 boys, 42 women and 8 girls. These figures are provisional.
