HC Deb 24 April 1969 vol 782 cc127-8W
Mr. Roy Hughes

asked the Secretary of State for Wales what plans he has to set up a working party for Wales to make recommendations on matters of policy which arise from the report on Ely Hospital.

Mr. George Thomas

I have arranged with my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Social Services for a Welsh Office observer to be appointed to the working party which he has set up to advise him on the policy matters arising from the Ely Hospital Report. In the light of the working party's recommendations I shall consider what arrangements are necessary in relation to hospitals in Wales.
