§ Mr. George ThomasI have arranged with my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Social Services for a Welsh Office observer to be appointed to the128W working party which he has set up to advise him on the policy matters arising from the Ely Hospital Report. In the light of the working party's recommendations I shall consider what arrangements are necessary in relation to hospitals in Wales.
