§ 62. Mr. Grimondasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will amend the regulations so as to safeguard the rights of teachers dismissed by education authorities on his instructions for upholding their principles and refusing to register with the General Teaching Council.
§ Mr. MillanThe procedure on dismissal is governed by Section 85 of the Education (Scotland) Act, 1962.
