§ Mr. CrossmanThe Government's proposals were outlined in chapter 6 of the White Paper, "National Superannuation and Social Insurance" (Cmnd. 3883) published on 28th January 1969. There have subsequently been informal, exploratory talks with interested organisations and a consultative document has recently been sent out for comments. A copy of this document has been placed in the Library of the House.
