asked the Postmaster-General what arrangements have been made for resumption of mail service to Anguilla.

We are ready to resume the service as soon as postal communication to and from the island can be re-opened. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs is seeking means to this end.
