Mr. Sandysasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he endorses the recommendation of the report of the Working Party on Refuse Storage and Collection set up by his Department, published in 1967, that the practice of picking salvage out of refuse 260W for sale, known as totting, should be discontinued.
