§ Mr. FernyhoughThe District Inspector of Factories has made an initial investigation of this fire, and this will be followed up with a view to the future avoidance of fire hazards in the factory. He will be acting in full consultation with the fire authority who, I understand, are to make a thorough review of the fire prevention arrangements in the factory.
