§ Lord Balnielasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government, whether he is aware that the Lee Valley Water Company propose an increase of water rates and charges amounting to 42 per cent. in the case of domestic consumers and that this will result in an average 225W increased charge to Welwyn Garden City council house tenants of about 52s. per annum for water; and whether he will refer this increase to the National Board for Prices and Incomes.
