§ Mr. Denis HowellThe Youth Service Development Council has spent two years in a detailed study of youth and community work in the 1970s and have recently submitted recommendations to my right hon. Friend, who is considering its Report. The Department, in association with the Y.S.D.C. is preparing new training arrangements for youth and community workers in the Education Service and an announcement will be made as soon as possible.
