asked the Postmaster-General when subscriber trunk dialling calls will be available to the Irish Republic.

Mr. Stonehouse

We hope to provide subscriber trunk dialling between London and Dublin early in 1970. Thereafter the service will be made available to other parts of the United Kingdom as quickly as circumstances permit.
