§ Mr. Hannanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will provide a table showing for each of the years 1945 to 1968 the number of people murdered, the number of people charged with murder, the number convicted, the number sentenced to death, the number subsequently hanged, the number of police officers or prison warders killed whilst discharging their duties and the number of convicted murderers who, having served their sentence, subsequently committed a second murder.
