HC Deb 03 April 1969 vol 781 c142W
Mr. Marples

asked the Postmaster-General if he will list the figures for expenditure on mail services by Government Departments and other official bodies whose expenditure currently exceeds £100,000 in each of the years 1961–62 to 1967–68, taking account of changes in postal rates and calculating the figures to the base of current postage rates.

Mr. Stonehouse

The figures are below. It has been assumed that the traffic in this period would have been divided between 1st and 2nd Class in the same proportion as current postings.
