§ Mr. GreenwoodThe proportion of houses built to the full Parker Morris standards rose from 14 per cent. in 1964 to 70 per cent. in 1968. All dwellings in schemes submitted after 1st January of this year have been required to conform to Parker Morris standards for space and heating, and the housing cost yardsticks are related to the full Parker Morris standards.
