HC Deb 02 April 1969 vol 781 c106W
Mr. William Hamilton

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he expects to publish the new five-year hospital building programme; and whether he will give an assurance that it will include provision for the building of a new general hospital in West Fife.

Mr. Ross

I am not yet in a position to say when I shall be able to make a statement about the hospital building programme during the next few years. Priorities in the South-Eastern Region are in the first instance a matter for the regional board, which is at present considering its proposals.
