To provide a breakdown of this figure into its components (whisky, gin and other spirits) would involve a disproportionate expenditure of time and money.
The formula used by the authorities for the calculation of "reasonable quantities" is applicable to individual diplomatic Missions—not to the Diplomatic Corps as a whole.
