§ Mr. EnnalsSenor Arguedas arrived at Gatwick Airport on 27th July. He sought permission to stay here for a few days at a London hotel. He was accompanied by Senor Barrios. Senor Barrios left the United Kingdom on 28th July, and Senor Arguedas on 2nd August. Senor Arguedas was free during his stay here to go where he wished and to communicate with whom he pleased. Facilities were provided for him to see the Bolivian Ambassador and the Cuban Ambassador.
