§ 68. Sir C. Osborneasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department why he sanctioned the release on parole of a prisoner, before his sentence had been served for killing a man, who immediately on release murdered his own wife and another man and then committed suicide, and who was known to the police as dangerous and violent, details of which case have been sent to him by the hon. Member for Louth; and if he will end this new parole scheme, in view of the danger that it may result in other murders.
