§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he is aware that similar blocks of flats to those concerned in the Ronan Point disaster are to be erected in London but that a special reinforcement and other extra safety measures are to be used; and whether he will take steps to ensure that on all existing types of these flats and all future ones these safety precautions are instituted.
§ Mr. MacCollI have sent my hon. Friend a copy of the interim advice my right hon. Friend has given to local authorities. Further advice will be issued once the Ronan Point report is published.
