Mr. Bob BrownA detailed breakdown cannot readily be provided. However, between 1967–68 and 1970–71 central Government expenditure on new and improved motorways and trunk roads in England is planned to exceed £600 million. All the motorways and most of the trunk roads will be dual carriageways.
