§ 35. Sir J. Gilmourasked the Secretary of State for Scotland how much money was owing to farmers in Scotland on 15th September, 1968 in respect of cereal deficiency payments for the 1967 crop.
§ Mr. BuchanFinal payments cannot be made until the last of the crop has been disposed of. At 15th September just over £2 million remained to be paid.
