§ 49. Mr. Dodds-Parkerasked the Minister of Health what action he proposes to take, in view of the fact that 75 per cent. of all recorded accident cases at Cheltenham General Hospital are the result of home accidents, either through the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents or other means, to seek to reduce the number of such accidents.
§ Mr. SnowTogether with my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Home Department, local authorities and voluntary and professional bodies working in this field, we will continue to make and encourage efforts to reduce accidents in the home. I believe that the figure of 75 per cent. referred to by the hon. Member includes not only home accidents but also accidents outside the home other than road accidents.
