§ Mr. ShoreThe expenditure of £10 million to create additional employment during the winter months is to be divided, as announced on the 15th October, between the Development Areas in Scotland, Wales and the Northern Region. The allocations for the Development Areas in Scotland and Wales are, in round figures, £3 million each, and for the Northern Region £4 million.
