§ Mr. DiamondOn mail from Government Departments I would refer the hon. Member to the Answer given by my hon. and learned Friend in reply to the hon. Member for Moray and Nairn (Mr. G. Campbell) on 14th October. On Parliamentary mail, as my hon. and learned Friend said, members have discretion to use the first or second class mail services according to the urgency of their communications.
