§ Mr. Cledwyn HughesIt is not possible to give figures of actual imports saved on a year to year basis, but, as my predecessor said, the volume of home agricultural output has risen by about five per cent. overall over the period of the selective expansion programme compared with about half per cent. for all food imports.
